We are seeking a Temporary Part Time (18 hours per week) Administrative Officer to join St Catherine’s Catholic College Singleton in 2026. Love admin? Job Description The School Administrative Officer provides administrative support to school staff and the school principal. Officers within the Catholic Schools Office, Diocese of Maitland‑Newcastle may be classed as level 4, 5 or 6. Indicative duties for each level are outlined in the Leadership Framework – Administrative Support. Experience & Criteria Clear understanding of Catholic Education and commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and culture of the school. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated initiative and self‑motivation in the workplace. Ability to accurately and proficiently perform a wide range of administrative tasks. Intermediate experience with databases, Microsoft Office, and Excel. Capacity to organise, prioritise and multitask to meet various deadlines. Understanding and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Self‑motivated, capable of working autonomously, accountable, and willing to work in a team environment. Willingness to comply with the CSO Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead Policy – Category A. Qualifications Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number. Completion of Anaphylaxis training. Conditions of Employment Salary is according to the New South Wales & Australian Capital Territory Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2023.
