Let’s make a meaningful difference, together As part of our Surgical Ward, you will be accountable for* the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.* .This position plays a key role in assisting with facilitating patient discharges.You will work in collaboration with acute ward staff to support timely discharge from the ward and play an integral role in assisting with patient flow and bed access.You will deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skillsMinimum of 12 months’ experience in an acute care/hospital setting Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment **A recognition and rewards platform**, providing employee discounts at hundreds of retailers, including everyday expenses, holidays, health insurance, annual awards celebration, wellbeing and employee assistance programs We’re on a mission to make a meaningful difference every day, working with thousands of Australians to ensure they live life in all its fullness.
