ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: Alice Springs, NT Full Time position Potential earnings up to $100,000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors Level 5 Higher Duties allowance Wilson Security is expanding in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the whole of the NT. This growth has created new roles within our NT team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients. These positions are crucial to our success in the region. Wilson Security is seeking a Security Contract Manager to oversee operations at our site in Alice Springs. This is a full‑time position under the SSIA framework. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the operational management of all personnel delivering services at the Alice Springs Facility. Implement security directives and ensure compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders. Develop and maintain rosters for all security personnel. Manage administrative tasks while meeting regulatory and contractual site KPI requirements. Plan, organise and direct daily operational and administrative activities while introducing proactive measures to enhance security personnel performance. Maintain and update site documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Skills Matrix’s, and Assignment Instructions. Manage and oversee the performance and operational responsibilities of all allocated staffing while following internal escalation policies. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Previous management experience in a similar role including the Management of a small to medium sized team. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain security documentation (Standard Operating Procedures etc.) A valid Northern Territory security license and first aid/CPR certification. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders. Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in IT and computer systems including an intermediate level of Microsoft Office. A professional and well‑presented demeanour at all times. Certificate III in Security Operations (Leadership Course - CPP31318) is highly regarded. Responsible for maintaining and rostering the fleet of Wilson security vehicles.
