About the role The Clinical Adoption Officer plays a critical role in driving the successful adoption and ongoing optimisation of CareSync Exchange, Victoria's statewide health information sharing system. CareSync Exchange supports more connected care and better patient outcomes across Victorian Public Health Services. This role is responsible for supporting health services post-implementation, working closely with clinical teams to embed the system into everyday clinical practice. It involves leading and facilitating adoption of CareSync Exchange through target training, clear communication and workflow optimisation. About you Utilise clinical expertise to actively engage and influence stakeholders to maximise the adoption and ongoing improvement of CareSync Exchange. Conduct in-depth workflow analysis and facilitate change management initiatives in clinical or operational environments to streamline processes. Monitor system adoption data, identify trends, uncover gaps to recommend improvements to drive system optimisation. Ensure effective communication regarding upcoming software changes, including new features, enhancements and new releases. Design, deliver and evaluate tailored training initiatives including Clinical Change Champions activities to support effective adoption and use of CareSync Exchange. Collaborate with health service teams, project leads, and digital health stakeholders to identify product gaps and advocate for system improvements that optimise user experience. Qualifications / Specialist Expertise Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in medical, nursing or allied health discipline. Vocational qualifications in Training and Assessment are desirable. Specialist Expertise Demonstrated experience in clinical change management, digital health adoption, or clinical informatics. At least 5 years of experience in clinical training and education development within a healthcare environment Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the challenges of digital transformation in healthcare settings. Proven ability to engage and support clinicians in adopting new technologies.
