To continue our success in the future of car rental, we're looking for customer focused, high performing Customer Service Supervisor to join our exceptional team and grow your career About the Role As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the frontline team at our Adelaide store to deliver customer service excellence and to achieve revenue growth through sales options.
In this role you will:
Hold daily briefings with your team to communicate strategies, actions, and business performancePersonally manage key customer relationships and support team in dealing with customer issuesContinuously analyse customer satisfaction scores and take corrective actionsPlan & schedule staffing levels in line with business volume and targetsContinuously train and coach all employeesAbout You To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:
Previous supervisory/management experience in a customer service orientated environmentSkilled ability to lead, grow and maintain a cohesive and high performing teamExpert customer service and sales skillsExperience working in a fast paced and challenging environmentA full and current AU driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehiclesAbout the Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with:
