About the Role Love working outdoors and taking pride in a great‑looking lawn? We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Lawn Technician to join our Coochie HydroGreen team in the Glass House Mountains area. This full‑time role starts in the new year and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has had their ‘career’, is great with people and wants to be part of a fast growing, local family business. A Day in the Life Driving one of our branded Coochie trucks around the Hinterland and Sunshine Coast area Treating lawns with our specialised liquid treatment program (note we do not mow) Talking with customers and giving watering and mowing advice Maintaining equipment and keeping accurate job records What You’ll Need Full driver’s licence with minimum LR, preferably MR truck licence (or willingness to obtain) To be reliable with a solid work ethic and good attitude Be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and have a good level of fitness Experience in turf and/or weed identification will be an advantage although not essential as full training is provided ChemCert qualification is a bonus — or we’ll organise training for the right person To be a non‑smoker What’s On Offer $55,000–$70,000 plus superannuation depending on experience and skills Fully equipped work vehicle, uniform, and full training provided Work locally — be home every night Supportive small team with great culture Uniform, phone and fully equipped work vehicle and full training provided Opportunity for wage growth and career progression after successful completion of a probation period How to Apply Send your resume (and a quick note about yourself) to or call Matt on if you would like more information.
