Work with individuals across age groups assisting with personal care and daily living skills Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development Complete daily case notes admin tasks and incident reports Essential Requirements Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to drive Current First Aid & CPR Certificate A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDSWC) Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR) Qualifications in Disability Services Community Services or Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential) Availability to work across a 24 / 7 roster About Us Westhaven is and will continue to be the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW.
