Global Geologica Pty Ltd – Tennant Creek NT Process Optimisation: Lead the day-to-day metallurgical function, focusing on the crushing, grinding, CIL/CIP/Gravity circuits, and tailings management to maximize gold recovery and throughput. Performance Monitoring: Conduct in-depth analysis of plant performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Technical Leadership: Mentor and develop junior metallurgists and process technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety. Budget & Cost Control: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the metallurgical budget, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising safety or recovery. Project Management: Design, manage, and execute metallurgical projects, including test work programs, reagent trials, and minor capital upgrades. Reporting: Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports for the management team, clearly outlining performance, issues, and forward plans. Safety and Compliance Safety Management: Actively promoting and ensuring adherence to the mine's safety standards, procedures, and regulations. This includes participating in risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
