The Role As the Event Operations Manager, you'll independently manage 4‑6 events monthly, from intimate C‑suite roundtables to 400+ delegate conferences. You'll own the complete event lifecycle across APAC, turning strategic visions into flawless executions. What You'll Own Deliver exceptional events maintaining client satisfaction Manage individual event budgets from $50K‑$100K Build relationships with C‑suite stakeholders and 20+ vendor partners Lead operational excellence initiatives that set industry standards What You Bring 3+ years independently managing B2B conferences/corporate events Proven track record with 200+ attendee events Expert stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills Budget management expertise and commercial acumen Flexibility for APAC travel and event schedules Full Australian working rights Why Forefront Events?
