Responsibilities Maintain common areas to brand standards. Guest room in‑stay & departure cleans to a high standard. Ensure that the efficiency and quality of cleans meet hotel benchmarks. Provide feedback on hotel common area condition to the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, particularly in terms of areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain hotel standards. Skills and Experiences We work in a fast‑paced environment where no day is the same, so we’re looking for people who are adaptable, enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset. The successful person must have: No holidays/leave planned over December/January. Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights). Attention to detail, organisational skills and high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility to work at least 3 shifts a week (primarily morning/day shifts). Ability to work as a team & also independently.
