Join the talented culinary team at Club Liverpool as a Cafe Chef working as part of our catering team in our Hennessy on Macquarie Cafe. This is a full‑time opportunity to showcase your passion for food and creativity in the cafe operation. Located in the vibrant Liverpool NSW CBD, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional cafe dining experiences for our members and guests. What you’ll be doing Preparing and cooking a variety of high‑quality dishes from our diverse menu Collaborating with the head chef and kitchen team to develop new and innovative cafe menu items and daily specials Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of safety and quality Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment Supervising and leading other cafe staff in the cafe operation What we’re looking for 1‑2 years experience as a Cafe Chef, ideally within the hospitality or club industry Formal culinary training and/or qualifications, with further training opportunities available to enhance your skills Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and a passion for producing innovative, delicious cuisine What we offer At Club Liverpool, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
