Are you an experienced Landscaper ready to take the next step in your career? Oxford Landscaping is a locally owned, family-run business based in Bunbury, delivering high-quality landscaping, garden maintenance, and nature play projects across the South West. We’re looking for a hands‑on Landscape Supervisor to lead a small crew, oversee day‑to‑day site operations, and ensure our projects are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll be working alongside a supportive team with a great culture, where quality work and community pride come first. You must have proven experience in irrigation, softscaping, and hardscaping, with the ability to read and interpret landscape plans accurately. Confidence using a range of power tools is essential, and machine operation tickets (such as skid steer or excavator) will be highly regarded. This is a hands‑on supervisory role where you’ll lead by example, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Oxford Landscaping’s high standards.
