What Success Looks Like Bringing your mechanical expertise to a wide range of specialised aviation equipment. Thinking on your feet and solving problems in a fast‑paced airport environment. Working safely, collaboratively, and with pride in every job you complete. A Snapshot Of What You Will Be Doing Here Preventive and reactive maintenance on specialised Ground Support Equipment. Using your technical skills to diagnose, service, and repair equipment to trade standard. Working across hydraulics, diesel engines, electrics, and more. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor and State Service Manager. Collaborating with other skilled trades to deliver fast, safe solutions. Championing a safety‑first mindset at all times. Who We're Looking For Trade‑qualified mechanic (LV/HV/Plant) – Relevant Mechanic Trade Qualification. Have your own tools. Exposure to diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical fault finding is highly regarded. Hold a current and valid Driver's Licence. A strong focus on safety standards and relevant company policies & procedures. Experience working within procedural guidelines. Good communication skills and proactiveness. A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player. Fluent in English; additional languages are always a plus.
