Rotational Booking Administrator The closing date is 07 December 2025 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the administration team within our Imaging MRI, Nuclear Medicine and X‑Ray departments. You should have the ability to work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent attention to detail. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, liaising with staff at all levels in a confident manner and be willing to learn. As part of our Imaging Administration team, you may be required to work on a rotating shift pattern within our specialist areas. This is to broaden your skills and knowledge and to assist colleagues in different departments. The vacancy within MRI will involve shift work and weekends. The X‑Ray vacancy will involve working both at Addenbrooke's Hospital and Saffron Walden Community Hospital. Main duties of the job You will provide high‑quality administrative support to the department. Tasks will include typing, reception duties, customer service, maintaining databases, booking appointments / meetings, filing, organising and booking meeting rooms, and general administrative support to the Department. You will play a key role in the efficient day‑to‑day activities of the department. You will often be the first point of contact for the department and will be required to communicate in a professional and courteous manner. You will answer general queries and explain information relating to the department.
