About the Role We are currently seeking a Metal Fabricator to join our Cobram Plant. This role will provide maintenance support across the plant to help achieve Production, Quality/FSQA, and Workplace Health and Safety objectives. The position is full-time with an annual salary of over $76,515.00 plus superannuation. Responsibilities Ensure WH&S standards are complied with at all times. Perform metal repairs, general fabrication and welding to a high‑quality standard. Design, draw and fabricate own work. Read and understand schematics and specifications to determine job requirements. Complete tasks to a high standard while managing and adhering to timelines. Maintain workshop and job housekeeping standards. Qualifications Fabricator trade qualifications and post‑trade experience of a minimum of two years. Ability to work autonomously and in a team. Experience in maintenance/repair in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Effective and efficient fault‑finding and diagnostic skills. Thorough understanding of maintenance work‑management practices, work planning and scheduling procedures. Well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills.
