Casual Customer Advisor – Gloucester, NSW Location: NAB Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, Australia Job Family: Bank – Customer Advisory | Role Type: Casual (Full‑time during initial training period) We empower our advisors to make a positive impact for customers and communities. You’ll be given the opportunity to learn, grow and achieve while delivering a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer experience every day. Key Responsibilities Support NAB’s Gloucester Branch by welcoming customers at the front desk and acting as the first point of contact. Identify the most suitable products and services for customers, including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions. Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure. Desired Qualities Passion for delivering gold‑class experiences to a diverse range of NAB customers. Team player with keen attention to detail to ensure every transaction is accurate and efficient. Customer‑centric thinking and appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our clients. Hours & Training Casual role hours: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Training: First four weeks full‑time across the advertised hours, followed by a transition to casual hours.
