You'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and create a safe, nurturing environment where both children and educators can flourish. Your day‑to‑day will include: Leading and inspiring a high‑performing team of educators Managing centre operations, budgets, and schedules efficiently Driving compliance and leading the Assessment & Rating process with confidence Building and maintaining strong relationships with families and the community Supporting and mentoring educators to achieve excellence Championing quality educational programs that foster growth and curiosity What You Bring We’re looking for a natural leader who embodies warmth, excellence, and resilience. You will have: A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care Minimum 2 years of experience as a Centre Director or similar leadership role Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team Strong relationship‑building skills with families, staff, and the community A genuine love for Early Childhood Education and a drive to make a lasting impact Ready to Make a Difference?
