What we are looking for: We’re looking for our next Head of Communications, based in our Sydney CBD office. It’s an exciting time to join MONEYME – we are growing quarter-on-quarter, gearing up to launch two new products and investing heavily in out-of-home media to build a bank-beating brand. Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer, you’ll champion communications across the business. You’ll work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure our brand, products, and customer and partner communications are clear, consistent and aligned. Responsibilities for this role will include: Developing corporate and consumer PR strategies and execute these through earned, owned, and paid channels. Managing agencies and media partners to execute on proactive and reactive PR opportunities. Supporting the Executive team (specifically our CEO) in the development of investor communications, including ASX announcements, results reporting, presentations and speeches. Supporting investor relations effortsby monitoring investor forums and email inbox for feedback and enquiries. Driving MONEYME’s brand and product messaging strategy to ensure alignment with the overall business objectives. Defining MONEYME'svaluepropositionand developingmessagingframeworksand tone of voice guides. Responsible for ensuring the messaging and tone of voice isconsistent across all aspects of the customer journey. Overseeing high stakes communications to customers, partners, and other external and internal stakeholders. Contributing positively to the MONEYME culture and act in accordance with MONEYME values. To be successful in this role you must have the following: Extensive experience with curating communications appropriately to the audience, simplifying and distilling complex information, identifying and creating narrativesthatdrive positive outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicating fluently and persuasively in a range of formats andstyles. Previous experience in managing PR agencies and drafting ASX announcements. Experience in clearly articulating brand messaging, product value propositions and promotional campaigns. C‑Suite and Board stakeholder management skills.
