Power Crank Batteries offers a unique opportunity for you to express your interest to join us as a Service Sales Service Executive within our Newcastle based team. About the role This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an energetic Service Sales Representative to join our Newcastle team Based in Cardiff, Newcastle you will report to our Branch Manager and demonstrate your outstanding sales and customer service skills daily. The role will suit someone who is happy to travel and meet existing clients and establish new customers. Throughout your travels you will be handling and delivering all types of batteries and 12 volt associated products, providing reliable and effective customer service. You will enjoy the freedom of building lasting relationships with customers and looking after your own territory's sales and growth. The key responsibilities of the role, whilst not limited to, are as follows: Directly selling and delivering company products to customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities and customers Managing an existing set of clients and National Customers Processing of paperwork with an eye for detail Be able to use our Phone App for processing Invoices / orders. Actively participate in the promotion of new products to the trade Maintain a scheduled plan of service intervals for existing / new regional customers. Be willing to learn all aspects of our battery business. Willing to work a Saturday morning on a rotational basis (One Saturday a Month) About You To be successful in this role, you must possess the following key competencies: Service driven and the ability to work unsupervised. The ability to build strong relationships with customers. Previous sales and customer service experience though not essential Attention to detail with paperwork and inventory control. The ability to lift heavy automotive batteries regularly. The ability to be an active member in the improvement of business process’ across the sales and distribution network.
