Clinical Nurse Manager

Catholic Homes is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team at our Trinity residence located in Duncraig on a part‑time basis working 60 hours a fortnight. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing clinical leadership with a focus on ensuring best practice and resident‑centred care. Trinity is a smaller residence set in beautifully landscaped gardens located close to the neighbourhood shopping centre, restaurants and conveniences with easy access from Marmion Avenue and Warwick Road. Requirements Current Registered Nurse registration through AHPRA. Previous experience leading clinical and/or care teams. Comprehensive knowledge of evidence‑based clinical and care practices. Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement, the new Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation requirements and documentation. Proficiency in assisting with visits from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and liaising with the Commission team members in administering requirements. Demonstrated ability with clinical problem solving and commitment to delivering high quality resident focused care.
