Due to continued growth, NEPEAN Engineering is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter who will work on a variety of projects, including producing one-off production components. This full-time permanent opportunity is based in Prestons NSW. Responsibilities Clean and prepare surfaces for painting, using air-powered sandblasting equipment. Apply base coats and topcoats as required. Identify improvements and complete a Non-Conformance Report when needed. The Right Person Experience in industrial spray painting of structural steel products. Demonstrated experience with airless spraying and a variety of coating types. Demonstrated experience with various hand and power tools. Rights to work in Australia. Organisational and time management skills. Experience in paint QA inspections and record keeping.
