Your Role As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in direct hair transplant procedures alongside one of our trained doctors. Your responsibilities will extend to: Consult prospective customers over the phone, and in-person Managing pre-op and post-op customer correspondence and follow-ups Mastering the art of blood collection and performing PRP Delivering world-class care to our valued clients Ensuring adherence to medical protocols Contributing to the training and ongoing development of both new and existing staff Occasional travel to Gro's interstate clinics to enrich your skills Assisting in the day-to-day clinic operations as needed Full training awaits the right candidate, including some exciting interstate travel opportunities to learn from our experienced team members.
