Salary: $101,221.12 per annumClosing: Friday 5 December 2025Full Time - Permanent An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced professional to join our Corporate Services Team as Coordinator Property, based within the Governance Department. This role primarily consists of: Managing Council’s property portfolio, including acquisitions, leases, purchases, sales and land developments. Provide high level advice to the organisation with regard to land and property. Contract management for Shepparton Regional Saleyards and Council owned caravan parks. The successful applicant will have extensive experience in property portfolios, with a focus on sales, purchases, compulsory acquisitions and leasing of assets. Effective communication skills to engage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders and to deliver exceptional customer service will also ensure your success in this role.
