The Role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Business Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Orange, NSW.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering efficient, diverse administrative and accounting support across the business, playing a key support role to the CEO.
Responsibilities: Management of GTT Accounts mailbox, triaging ingoing and outgoing communications Manage weekly accounts payable process in collaboration with GTT's outsourced accounting team, ensuring invoices are reviewed, approved and processed in line with company policy Payroll processing for all employees in collaboration with GTT's outsourced accounting team Other accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, processing credit account applications etc Key conduit with outsourced IT team to facilitate onboarding / offboarding of employees, procurement of IT software / hardware and other key IT-related projects Provide administration support to senior management, including tender writing support, contribution to board papers and budget reviews.
HR administration tasks including employment contract generation, payroll set up, recruitment and onboarding of new employees, and management of employee files on company Share Point Office management tasks, including stationery / office supplies orders, management of cleaning contractors, workspace planning and arranging contractors for office related works.
General administration tasks including booking staff travel and accommodation, managing office access requirements, office intranet administration etc About you: You're an expert administrator, with high proficiency in Office programs including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and online applications (Sharepoint, Planner etc) You have 2+ years bookkeeping or accounts administration experience You love to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and adapt seamlessly to evolving circumstances.
You're dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, with a proven track record of adhering to and championing company safety policies and regulations.
You have outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to foster a collaborative culture across departments and cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders.
