Aquatic Leisure Technologies – Jandakot WA Jadan Landscapes, part of the Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) Group, is seeking an experienced Hardscapes Specialist to support our pool installation division. This role focuses heavily on paving, pool surrounds and structural landscape works across residential sites throughout Perth. We’re looking for someone skilled, dependable and proud of producing high‑end hardscape finishes. Sponsorship may be considered for suitably qualified candidates. About the Role You’ll work as part of our onsite installation team to complete the hardscape components of ALT’s fibreglass pool installations. Your main focus will be paving, pool edging, concrete/pour‑in‑place elements, retaining features and associated structural landscape preparation. Softscape tasks may occasionally be required, but this role is primarily a hardscapes position supporting pool installs. You'll be expected to work independently, interpret plans accurately and maintain a professional, safety‑first approach. What You Will Be Doing (Hardscapes Focus) Preparing sites for pool surrounds, including excavation, levelling and compaction Laying pavers for pool surrounds and high‑use outdoor areas Installing concrete edges, cappings and infills Constructing retaining elements and minor structural landscape features Installing drainage and ensuring correct falls around pools Operating machinery including skid steers, compactors and power tools Reading plans and executing work to specification Ensuring work meets WHS, environmental and ALT quality standards Assisting with softscaping (turfing, planting) only as required What You’ll Bring Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Civil Construction or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in hardscape construction (paving, concrete, retaining) Strong skill in pool surrounds or high‑precision paving is highly regarded Confidence reading plans and working with minimal supervision High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Physically capable of manual outdoor work Licences & Tickets Required: White Card WA C Class Driver’s Licence Desirable: Skid Steer/Bobcat ticket Forklift licence Senior First Aid Sponsorship ALT may consider sponsorship for strong candidates.
