About the role Support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care through case management, therapeutic planning, and frontline coaching. Drive positive outcomes by embedding trauma-informed, culturally safe practices and ensuring compliance with standards and legislation. The role operates across two primary functions: 18 hours per week supporting frontline staff in the homes to implement case and care strategies. 20 hours per week completing case work duties, including planning, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
