Role: Dynamics 365 Junior Developer Location of work: Queensland, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth (Hybrid) Security clearance: Australian Citizen (client intends to process Baseline security clearance after onboarding) Job Description: Key Responsibilities Provide both technical and functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365. Set-up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. Continuously improve release and deployment process and automation, manage code branches and deployments. Support release management and planning. Design and develop modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, unit testing, deployment and writing technical documentation. Plan and support system and acceptance testing. Proactively solve business issues and manage stakeholder expectations. Experience working in AGILE environments. Knowledge & Technical Skills Provide both technical and functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365. Set-up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. Design and develop modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, unit testing, deployment and writing technical documentation. Detailed understanding of primary technology platforms: Microsoft .NET, CRM Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure & AWS Integration in a secured environment. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure is desirable. Experience working in AGILE environments. Qualifications A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology from a recognised educational/accredited institution is desirable and/or equivalent substantial relevant work experience (current or previous). Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is desirable. Business Acumen Works well with service delivery and project teams. Shows resilience, pursuing challenging situations with drive to achieve specified goals. Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills for investigating and resolving stakeholder, client or systems problems, and for improving work practices and processes. A commitment to customer service excellence and professional representation combined with proven ability to communicate and accept responsibilities.
