Role Summary This full‑time hybrid role for an Electrical Project Manager is based in Mulgrave, VIC, with some flexibility for remote work. The Manager will oversee planning, design and execution of electrical and communication projects, coordinate project schedules, manage budgets, ensure compliance with industry standards and liaise with stakeholders such as clients, contractors and regulatory authorities. The role involves leading cross‑functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and execution of electrical and communication projects. Coordinate project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with AS/NZS standards and other regulatory requirements. Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in electricity and electrical contracting. Proficiency in electrical design and electrical engineering practices. Experience with budgeting and project cost management. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Understanding of industry‑specific standards, especially AS/NZS standards. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage stakeholders. Relevant tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering or a similar field. Experience in managing hybrid and on‑site project environments.
