Major Incident Manager We are seeking a Major Incident Manager to play a critical role in ensuring service stability, operational resilience, and continuous improvement across our technology estate. This role will act as the central point of coordination for Major Incident Management, while also owning Problem Management, Post‑Incident Reviews (PIRs), and service reporting. Key Responsibilities Act as the Major Incident Manager, coordinating resources during high‑severity incidents Lead incident bridges, ensure clear communication, and manage escalation paths Own the Problem Management lifecycle in line with ITIL best practices Identify recurring incidents and trends using data and service metrics Work with technical and delivery teams to define preventative actions Produce clear, concise PIR documentation including root cause, contributing factors, and lessons learned Track and govern PIR actions to ensure timely completion and measurable outcomes Produce regular service performance and incident reports for stakeholders Track KPIs such as incident volumes, MTTR, SLA performance, and problem trends Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations Drive continuous service improvement initiatives arising from incidents and problems Apply project management discipline to ensure improvement actions are delivered end‑to‑end Skills & Experience Required Experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, or IT Service Management Hands‑on experience with Major Incident Management Strong understanding of Problem Management and PIR processes Proven experience facilitating RCA and PIR sessions Strong reporting and data analysis skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to remain calm and decisive in high‑pressure situations Please submit your resume via the Apply button.
