About the role Working from our beautiful new showroom in Fortitude Valley you will be responsible for consulting with retail clients and providing solutions from our collection that meet their individual needs. In addition, you will provide valuable support to the Commercial Sales team playing an integral role in bringing their projects to life. How you will contribute Greeting and consulting with retail clients, ensuring the highest standard of showroom client experience Generating and managing client Quotes and Sales Orders Following up on client enquiries and fostering ongoing client relationships Developing a comprehensive knowledge and appreciation of our collections along with the stories and background of the exclusive brands we represent Show a strong sense of pride in the showroom, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards Contributing to showroom projects such as maintaining the sample gallery, pricing new showroom arrivals, creating listings for our online ex‑display clearance store Supporting the Commercial Sales team with project quoting and ordering Great opportunity to establish key relationships within the A&D industry Work from our beautiful new showroom location in Fortitude Valley A creative and collaborative team environment At your fingertips will be some of the biggest names in design today About you You have a design‑related qualification, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture or Interior Decorating (desirable) A minimum 3 years Retail Sales experience with a passion for providing exceptional customer service You have an outgoing personality, and a natural ability to form professional relationships with clients Excellent attention to detail with the ability to seamlessly move between sales and administration tasks You possess a hard‑working attitude Remuneration based on experience.
