About the Role The purpose of the Property Services Coordinator is to support the Property team with various projects across the independent living and residential service areas. This role is also responsible for coordinating the Capecare staff housing. About You You are dynamic and adaptable with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for delivering results. Key Responsibilities

Co‑ordinate gardening and maintenance services across the independent living and residential care services and staff housing. Co‑ordinate services for the residents of Armstrong Village Independent Living Apartment, Dunsborough. Source and manage Capecare residential leases in the community for staff housing, including building relationships with local realtors to secure appropriate leases. Source and coordinate the furnishing of properties as required. Support the recruitment function to assist with staff relocating to the area sourcing appropriate accommodation. Liaise with the residential rostering team to manage the required agency housing. Liaise with payroll and/or accounts to ensure appropriate rent deductions. Laise with property managers and relevant staff members to coordinate rental inspections. Ensure properties are maintained to the required level. Ensure staff in Capecare provided accommodation adhere to the Staff Accommodation Procedure and escape any issues to HR. Support the Property and Independent Living Manager to develop and implement an Asset Management Plan for Capecare which includes but is not limited to: a formal refurbishment program for the Ray Village Independent Living Units, a formal program for the replacement of items and repainting covered by the Ray Village Provisional Fund, refurbishment of the Monks wing in the Busselton residential aged care facility to increase operational capacity, a formal plan for the refurbishment of Busselton residential aged care facility rooms, kitchen/serveries and common areas, and a review of the internal maintenance service to develop a model that supports future operational requirements. Support the Dunsborough Independent Living Apartment residents with maintenance requests and/or general enquires. Provide leadership support to the broader team when the Property and Independent Living Manager is on leave. Qualifications Experience in managing properties. Experience in aged care and/or retirement living would be beneficial. Experience leading teams, preferred. Benefits Great work‑life balance with job flexibility.
