Position accountabilities and duties Plan, project manage and deliver specialist marketing services to our clients including Website design, SEO, Google ads and Social media marketing. Perform digital marketing work, e.g., Search Engine Optimisation, website editing, Google ads campaign management, social media content creation, Meta ad campaigns, marketing strategy and plan creation and marketing audits. Write engaging and strong content for marketing content, e.g., website copy, blogs, ad copy, socials posts, and brochures. Manage and/or execute all stages of website design projects from gathering project info from the client until website go-live and post live check-up. Plan and/or design creative visuals, e.g., socials banners, flyers, and advertisements, that are visually appealing, read well and align with the clients’ brand. Contribute to growth and development of our agency by proposing improvement of agency systems, technology, processes, as well as sourcing of new clients. Assist in supervision of the team as a senior member of the team. Operate in a professional and courteous manner towards all team members, clients and stakeholders and consistently demonstrate the company’s core values. Skills, knowledge and qualifications Physically located in Townsville, QLD, Australia, and a valid permanent working visa in Australia. A minimum of 2 years of full-time digital marketing experience and a degree suited to the delivery of specialist digital marketing services including technical skills in web design, SEO, Google ads and social media. Native level English and advanced professional writing skills. Proven client management skills including professional communication, liaison, consultation and negotiation skills and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and exceeding customer expectations.
