Annually, RCH delivers 300,000+ specialist clinic appointments, 90,000+ emergency department presentations and 20,000 elective surgeries. Responsibilities Lead and manage the development of the Clinical Service Plan. Coordinate all aspects of the planning process. Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to support plan development. Engage stakeholders and maintain relationships within a hospital environment. Qualifications Highly skilled and experienced health service planner. Tertiary education. Relevant experience in service planning, including forecasting. Recent experience managing a plan from start to finish. Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of the Victorian health system. Vaccination and Compliance Requirements Applicants must be vaccinated against influenza annually for Category A and B roles, unless a medical exception is accepted by RCH. Vaccination against other diseases is also required unless an exemption is provided. Successful completion of background checks, including reference checks, is mandatory for employment.
