Video Producer

We’re seeking an experienced Video Producer to join our Creative Marketing Team at our Gold Coast HQ on a full-time capacity. In this role, you will help plan, film, and edit video content to support marketing campaigns. You will require a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and strong project management skills to deliver high‑quality video content that aligns with the company’s vision and operational objectives. What You Will Be Doing Foster a commitment to ABI Interiors’ mission, vision, and values while promoting an inclusive workplace. Plan, shoot, and edit video content across short- and long‑form formats for paid ads, campaigns, organic social media, and events. Manage the full production pipeline — from storyboarding and scripting support to filming, editing, audio, colour grading, and final delivery. Maintain a consistent brand tone, pacing, and visual identity across all video and motion content. Lead the creation of paid ad video assets, ensuring optimisation for performance and conversion. Collaborate on larger campaign productions to deliver cohesive, multi‑format content. Contribute to creative concept development and ideation across all marketing initiatives. Proactively pitch new video ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches aligned with trends and brand objectives. Work closely with the broader creative team to maintain visual and tonal consistency across all mediums. Assist with in‑studio shoots and interviews, including lighting, framing, and audio capture. Manage project timelines, maintaining organised file structures and efficient editing workflows. Prepare and deliver video assets for publishing across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and web platforms. Operate within brand guidelines while seeking opportunities to evolve and elevate ABI’s video identity. Participate in photo or video content when required (e.g. filming or interviews). Support leadership with special projects, administrative tasks, and other ad hoc duties as required. About You Experienced videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, cinematography, and editing skills. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent video editing software. Strong creative eye and understanding of brand aesthetics, with the ability to maintain consistency across all content. Confident directing on‑set with talent and crew to achieve professional, high‑quality results. Organised and proactive, with experience managing production timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Collaborative team player who thrives in a creative environment and communicates effectively across departments. Passionate about inclusive storytelling and representing diverse perspectives through content.
