General Litigator

The Role A full-time, permanent role for a strong Commercial litigator who is able to autonomously run matters from beginning to end without close supervision. You will be able to draft all necessary documents, obtain clear instructions from clients, brief and instruct barristers, and engage in occasional solicitor-advocacy for preliminary and interlocutory hearings. You can expect to be access a challenging cases with multimillion dollar values and expect to deal with clients with a turnover of up to $200 million per annum. The firm recognises the value of its lawyers and investing in their future in order to secure the firm's future, including at partnership level. Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years PQE practising Commercial litigation within a large private practice Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, and can listen and follow instructions readily.
