Senior Clinical Coordinator / Senior Dental Assistant We're seeking an experienced, patient-focused professional to oversee clinical operations, assist chairside, and support reception when needed. Pay: $30‑$35 per hour depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Chairside dental assisting Stock control & ordering Mentoring & training junior team members Assist with surgical procedures (training provided) Reception support as needed Preferred Experience Previous dental assisting experience Experience mentoring others Knowledge of EXACT dental software (preferred) Strong multitasking & time management skills Warm, caring, professional demeanor Senior Receptionist (Part‑time/Casual) Do you have experience in customer service, administration, or the medical/dental field? Join us in a dynamic front‑desk role Shifts Start: 7:45 am | Finish: 6:30 pm (rotating shifts) Rotational Saturdays: 7:45 am – 2:30 pm 25–35 hours per week Must be available to cover holiday/sick leave Reception Duties Answering phones, emails, and enquiries Booking & confirming appointments Checking in/out patients HICAPS, DVA, CDBS, Afterpay processing Managing & scanning forms and records Lab posting & handling Courtesy calls & payment follow‑ups Other Duties Participating in sterilisation & infection control Assisting with routine cleaning & practice upkeep What You Bring Customer‑first attitude Strong organisational & communication skills Reliability & team spirit Willingness to learn dental‑specific software & procedures Location & Start Date My Gentle Dentist @ Arana Hills, QLD Immediate start available.
