An exciting opportunity for a Rail Coordinator to join our growing team This role will be responsible for coordinating all incoming and outgoing rail customer requirements in a timely and cost‑efficient manner, ensuring smooth operational flow and effective communication across all stakeholders. Key Accountabilities Liaise with ARTC & Rail Operators to coordinate rail movements Act as a key point of contact for rail customers, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong working relationships Assist with setting up trains for container delivery, including following load plans Book trains in and out of operating system Compile consist and send to rail customers in a timely manner Ensure all containers are as per customer requests prior to train departure Check and sight stock levels for upcoming trains Assist with Quarantine Plan rail load/unload according to customer requirements Qualifications, Skills and Experience Rail Industry Safety Induction / Track Safety Awareness advantageous Current Driver’s Licence Rail or transport/logistics coordination experience Knowledge of container park layout Proficient in the use of MS Excel Supporting equality DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
