The Role: Elevate the Experience We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Cook to join our team in a supervisor position. This role is perfect for anyone who lives and breathes hospitality and has a genuine passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences. Paperbark Burger Co. has been smashing burger patties for almost 4 years; we love what we do and the bonus is we farm our own beef, with smashing success. Your Key Responsibilities Team Supervision: Have the ability to get your hands dirty, lead & inspire a small team – embrace training, creativity and new challenges. Venue Standards: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation behind the counter and across the floor. Operational Efficiency: Have effective time management and communication skills. Leadership: Assist the manager with operational duties, both front of house and back of house. What You'll Bring to the Team Experience: Previous experience as a cook in a fast‑paced environment. Short order experience is desirable. Attributes: We require an experienced cook who can work well under pressure, is hands‑on and able to work in a fast paced environment, someone who enjoys a fun environment and is a positive leader with a 'can do' attitude Mandatory Requirements Current Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate. Willing to work a minimum of 25 hours. Cert III in Commercial Cookery (Desirable).
