The Opportunity We’re looking for a hands‑on Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales support function team, streamline processes, and drive data‑led decision making. Perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced FMCG, Foodservice environment. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and improve sales processes, workflow, and team performance Own CRM accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and insights Analyse sales data to support forecasting and identify opportunities Oversee enquiries, leads, onboarding, customer follow‑ups & complaints Coordinate NPD and customised product requests with Operations & Quality Prepare sales reports, pricing updates, quotes, proposals & contracts Maintain Sales SOPs and drive automation & efficiency improvements Train and support sales admin and customer service staff What You’ll Bring 3–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Customer Service or similar FMCG, Foodservice or food manufacturing experience highly regarded Excellent communication and stakeholder management Highly organised, process‑driven, and comfortable with competing priorities Collaborative leadership style with a continuous improvement mindset Why Join Us?
