Domestic Assistant role at Mercy Health Australia. You will support Home Care clients to live independently at home by providing domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties. What you'll bring Passion about helping people in your community, with strong relationship building, time management and budget management skills. Previous case management experience as well as relevant qualifications. Current Victorian Drivers Licence. Strong communication and organisational skills. A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations. The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients' individual needs. Evidence / qualifications required Certificate III in Home or Aged Care (advantageous but not essential). National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
