About the Role We’re seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our supportive team in Wyong working a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight. In this role, you’ll assist a group of clients with intellectual disabilities who live together in a shared home. They enjoy engaging in creative and sensory activities, cooking, spending time with loved ones and getting out into the community. You’ll be a key part of helping them achieve greater independence and joy in their daily lives. Key responsibilities include Deliver active support aligned with each client’s goals and support plan(s) Assist with daily personal care tasks (e.g., toileting, showering, dressing) Use safe manual handling techniques in accordance with individual plans Facilitate community access and transport using Unisson vehicles or public transport Build trusted relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation, reports and records Work collaboratively within a close-knit team Respond appropriately to incidents in line with Unisson and NDIS guidelines Roster Week 1 Monday: No Shift Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM (4.5 hours) – Wyong (SIL204) Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (3 hours) – Wyong (SIL204) Thursday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (3 hours) – Wyong (SIL204) Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM (4.5 hours) – Wyong (SIL204) Saturday: No Shift Sunday: No Shift Week 2 Monday: No Shift Tuesday: No Shift Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (5 hours) – Wyong (SIL204) Thursday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (3 hours) – Wyong (SIL204) Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (7 hours) – Wyong (SIL204) Saturday: No Shift Sunday: No Shift Who We’re Looking For Willing to work sleepover, active night, weekend, and public holiday shifts Hold a valid NSW Driver’s Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient Experienced in disability support (preferred) Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable) Why Join Us?
