Position Overview Role: Educational Leader Location: Gold Coast Centre: Goodstart Beaudesert – Eaglesfield Street Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week) Pay: $38.20–$66.07 per hour; EL allowance; Super Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence. As an Educational Leader at Goodstart you’ll collaborate with educators in your centre to observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programmes offered to children. You’ll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team you’ll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. About Goodstart Beaudesert – Eaglesfield Street We are a 75‑place centre. Full‑time position with dedicated programming hours to ensure high‑quality learning outcomes. Conveniently located in the heart of Beaudesert, the centre features engaging indoor and outdoor spaces.
