About the Practice Our practice is one of Sydney’s few Advanced Bio-Structural Correction (ABC) Chiropractic centres. We are dedicated to improving every patient’s posture through ABC treatment and lifestyle education. Our CA team is integral to the functioning of our practice. It is a busy, hands‑on role and we are looking for a team member who can play their part in our patients’ journeys and show initiative in keeping the practice running smoothly. Role Overview We’re looking for a friendly welcoming front‑of‑house staff member to do 15‑25 hours per week, who can assist our clients from the moment they enter the practice to the moment they leave. The candidate must be punctual, be able to multi‑task, stay calm and positive in busy situations and be a people person. Key Responsibilities Assist clients from arrival to departure. Maintain a calm, positive atmosphere during busy periods. Use trained language for client interaction. Help keep the practice running smoothly. Requirements Punctual and reliable. Excellent multi‑tasking and people skills. Adaptable to a hands‑on, busy environment.
