Operator / Supervisor – Civil Earthworks Earthbound Civil | Full-Time Earthbound Civil is seeking a motivated and experienced Operator / Supervisor to join our operations team in Hope Island , Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects—from building pads and carparks to basement excavations, warehouse cut/fill and site prep. Every day is different, and you’ll be supported to grow your skills in a stable, friendly team. We offer $40.00 – $55.00 per hour (depending on experience and civil knowledge), penalty rates , and daily travel allowances (a work vehicle may supersede this). Work hours are Monday to Friday, averaging around 50 hours per week . What You'll Be Doing Safely operate and maintain a range of plant and equipment, including: 5T–26T excavators Skid steers Drotts Graders Rollers Water trucks Assist with site preparation, earthworks and general construction tasks Complete daily plant pre-starts Follow all safety policies, procedures and environmental requirements Work closely with the construction team to deliver projects efficiently Operate multiple machines and support the team as required What We're Looking For 5+ years of civil construction experience Strong civil knowledge and ability to work through site variations independently Ability to identify road bases and understand material requirements Relevant plant operating qualifications and tickets Commitment to safe work practices and strong situational awareness Willingness to complete labouring tasks when required Preferred Tickets & Traits Construction induction card (White Card) Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude Strong work ethic and commitment to quality If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a supportive, growing civil team—apply now and join Earthbound Civil. #J-18808-Ljbffr
