At Baiada Poultry our primary objective is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent service. We have two openings for Maintenance Fitters at our Cardiff Feed Mill and Beresfield Feed Mill. Key Responsibilities Help redirect production ideas to get around breakdowns or mechanical stoppages Stocktake of spare parts and advise Supervisor if required Maintain maintenance records Diagnose, fault find and repair equipment Perform maintenance work including replacement of parts Any other tasks relevant to the role Skills Required Maintenance Fitter Experience Previous experience in feedmilling processes and equipment (highly desirable) Ability to give instruction when required Ability to work within a team High level planning and organisational skills Ability to drive continuous improvement and preventative maintenance Ability to complete own work with limited supervision Desirable Qualifications Comfortable working in confined spaces and heights Working at Heights Ticket Please note Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.
