Full-time | M & G Hotel Group | Adelaide SA We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our hotel group through strategic marketing, content creation, and digital campaign management. This role suits someone proactive, creative and strong with data, who can work across multiple platforms and deliver consistent results. Responsibilities Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and marketing campaigns to support business and sales objectives Advising management on advertising strategies to build brand awareness and effectively promote services Coordinating the production of advertising campaigns including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, digital content and media placement Researching customer behaviour, market trends and demand for new or existing services Supporting business growth by preparing and executing marketing programs and promotional activities Undertaking or commissioning market research to identify new opportunities Providing advice across marketing elements such as product mix, pricing, promotions and distribution channels Creating, scheduling and publishing content across social media, websites and digital channels Using statistical methods to analyse pricing strategies and their impact on business performance Monitoring marketing campaigns and providing regular reports and insights Analysing data from digital marketing platforms to guide improvement Recommending updates to digital content to improve SEO and search performance Managing the organisation’s overall marketing objectives and strategic direction About you Strong communication and organisational skills Experience in marketing, advertising or digital content creation Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Knowledge of social media, digital platforms and analytics tools How to apply Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience.
