About your role

UGLs Manufacturing & Maintenance business are on the search for an experienced

Planner

to join our supportive team, based at our facility in Bassendean.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, your role will support through the phases of planning, execution, monitoring & closure of work and/or services to meet customer expectations.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Forecast work based on customer supplied advanced work schedules, quotations or tender schedulesProcessing customer orders within SAP and co-ordinate the work to completion and meet realistic customer requirementsValidate customer orders against current price schedules or contractsMonitor work in progress against committed delivery dates and notify the customer of any discrepanciesCompile and release job packs to the workshop or vendors with the required information to complete the work safely, efficiently and within required time framesDaily/weekly/monthly reporting to Account Managers and customers as per project requirements

About you

You will have previous experience in a Planning role, ideally within an engineering or maintenance environment.

Other skills & experience required:

Excellent communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externallyMust be customer focused, team oriented and accountable
