This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment for retail leadership positions, leading a small talent team, driving employer branding initiatives and delivering proactive talent solutions to support new store openings and peak recruitment periods. Eligibility and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in high‑volume, customer‑facing environments, ideally within retail. You will have experience managing peak recruitment periods and new site openings, and you will be confident leading and developing a small team. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and leverage ATS platforms to drive process improvements. A proactive, data‑driven mindset and the ability to influence across all levels of the business are key to success.
