About the Role Support worker role based in Tiwi Islands, fly in fly out from Darwin. 10 days on, 4 days off rotating roster morning, afternoon and night shifts. Accommodation, meals, flights included. Key Responsibilities Provide domestic assistance, social support, respite, personal care and overnight care to aged and high‑need clients. Work independently to manage time and deliver flexible services in client homes and the community. Maintain patient safety, support relationships and advance the organisational mission of "being for others". Qualifications & Experience Completed Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care or Individual Support. Current and valid full driver’s licence. Smart mobile phone; proficient with technology (email, internet, apps). Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service orientation. Independent worker with strong time‑management abilities. Capacity to embrace a meaningful role for the community and oneself. Other Requirements Must have no visa restrictions and a valid right to work in Australia. Willing to undergo health evaluation, face‑to‑face assessment, drug and alcohol testing, and provide evidence of required immunisations.
