Process Assistant – Fulfillment Center, BNE1 – Day Shift We’re seeking an experienced Process Assistant to join our Fulfillment Center in BNE1 for Day shift. Key Responsibilities Support and work in Inbound and other departments as required. Help support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties. Provide coverage for Area Managers. Follow up on policies and track attendance (duties do not extend to discipline). Track and report ATS/labor hours. Assist the floor as an associate resource, train associates and verify SOP compliance. Ensure successful area performance through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance. Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity. Fully understand workflow and daily production goals. Assist in keeping work area clean and organized. Identify and address safety hazards within the work area. Coaching associates to work safely at all times. Refer all job injuries immediately to area manager. Basic Qualifications Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Experience using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience leading teams. Availability to work 38 hours+/week, and overtime as required. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members. Preferred Qualifications Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Leadership experience directly managing others. Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement.
